Advancing racial justice by resourcing power within communities
Working in service of a just future
Tudor is a funder using its time, capital, and influence to strengthen the conditions for communities to build power and exercise self-determination. Prioritising an emergent approach, we work alongside those who are building the world as it should be.
Building an ecosystem for change
We partner with people and projects shaping racial justice and community power in the UK. In turn, our partners form an ecosystem that helps us make more informed decisions on how to allocate our resources so we can most accurately effect system change.
Committed to learning out loud
We are committed to learning in public as an invitation to others to explore what it takes to build an ecosystem for change. For us, this means sharing our reflections and the practices from others that inspire us.
The Change We Seek
This short film introduces our Change We Seek framework, launched in 2025, and its role in shaping how Tudor focusses its resources.
We extend our gratitude to our 2025 grant partners for generously sharing their photos and videos for this film.
