Work with us

What we do

We are a growing staff team, with a deep commitment to using a systems thinking approach to move toward a world as it should be. Our mission is to advance racial justice by resourcing power within communities and our staff are at the heart of making this happen.

Who we’re
looking for

We work closely together to reimagine grant-making approaches. This takes bravery to stand by our convictions and hold each other to account, creativity to imagine something different and curiosity to be able to think deeply and be open to learning from our grant partners and communities.

We look to work with people who are committed to racial justice and systems change and who thrive working in a deeply relational way with others. People who are open to working in new ways, depending on what we learn as we go, and who can also bring their own experiences and perspectives to the team to help advance our mission.

________________________

The Associate Director (Investments) role will design and lead a new mission-aligned strategy that puts racial justice and community power at its centre – redefining how our capital can be put to work to restore dignity and collective care within communities.

This is not a conventional investment role. It will take all of us, including our grant partners to imagine, design and build. Your role is to hold this with bravery and humility, and a willingness to shift as we continue to learn and deepen our strategic ambitions.

We are looking for someone who is as comfortable engaging with communities on the ground as they are with fund managers and wealth advisers – someone who understands that the way capital moves is itself an act of power, and who brings the vision, relationships and technical grounding to help Tudor use its assets in genuine service of our mission.
